Our rental policy is as follows:

Costumes and accessories are rented for three days and two nights. After that, fifteen dollar per day late fee, unless specified otherwise.

The rental payment is non-refundable and non-exchangeable as is stated on our contracts.

A refundable deposit, of the purchase price minus the rental is required. The cost of damages or late fee to any rental item will be deducted from the deposit. We accept, cash credit cards or checks with valid California drivers license for the deposit.

Because of the huge Halloween business, we are limiting rentals for the last two weeks of October. To assure your favorite Halloween costume, please secure your reservations by the end of September.
